FRP Pipe series

1.Product specification:

• Diameter: DN25mm-DN4000mm.
• Pressure grade: 0.25Mpa, 0.6Mpa, 1.0Mpa, 1.6Mpa, 2.0Mpa, 2.5Mpa.
• Rigidity grade: 2500N/, 5000N/, 10000N/.
• Length: 1m, 3m, 6m , 9 m and 12m.

Note: We also can produce the product of any pressure grade and length according to the customer demand.
2. Raw materials:

• Resin: different resin according to different demand.
• Continual glass fiber.
• Glass fiber felt

3. Technology:
We adopt continual glass fiber winding process controlled by computer, which at the International advanced level. We make the inner, structural layer, and outside protection layer, heat treatment though Remote infrared ray salamander, we can add flame retardant, ageing resistant and all kinds of color sizing according to customers request.

4. Connection mode:
Spigot-and-socket joint with double o sealing rings, spigot-and-socket joint with single o sealing ring, butt joint, spigot-and -socket joint with gluing, flanged joint, etc.

5.Product inspection standards:
Both manufacture and inspection in accord with GB/T21238-2007 standard.
