Introduction
    This product is lead based rare earth compound stabilizer, which produced by Ion co-precipitation and PbO modification & Superfine manufacture technical, at the same time, add to high technical lubricant, antioxidant, dispersing agent, etc. It is mainly applicable for soft PVC products extrusion and processing. Especially it is applicable for PVC cable processing.

Products characteristic:
    1. Stability of dynamic and static characteristic. Convenient measure, not need grinding, without dust.
    2. Reasonable lubrication system, which made lubricant balance of Initial period, intermediate stage, later period, which ensure the excellent squeezing in general formula.
    3. This product has anti- oxidizer and light stabilizer, it provides extra processing stability and Bears the period of five days for products.
    4. It has good solubility together with PVC, the final product cable has good electricity performance, smooth & exquisite surface, and the color is bright.
    5. It can increase proper padding but not reduce the product performance, so the product can reduce the production cost.

Reference quantities: 100 phr PVC resin: 5.5-6.0 phr.

Application method: It can be mixed together with the high polymer and other additives at the same time, suggested blender temperature:100-110.

Package, Storing, and Transportation

    1.Package: Kraft paper compound bag, PE bag inside lining, 25Kg weight.
    2.Storage: The product must be stored in the clear, shady & cool, dry & ventilate storehouse. The expiring date is 12 months from the date of produced.
    3.Transportation: In the transportation, the product must be covered by tarpaulin in order to avoid direct exposure to sunlight and rain. The carriage must be clear, not allow grit.
