 "DI-MAJOR" American section adopts the formulation of organic-tin stabilizer and processing modifier ACR. The products comply with ASTM  D4726 standard; It has high characteristics of anti-aging and drop-weight impact resistance. It satisfies customers' requirements like: rational sect5ion designs, normative geometry sizes, thickness and dimensional discrepancy. Regarding to the dimensional stability: Extrusions over 0.040 in. (1.02mm)shall have a maximum average shrinkage of 2.2% for all sides measured, with no single value exceeding 2.4%.Extrusion of 0.040 in.(1.02mm) or less shall have a maximum average shrinkage of 3%. Impact Resistance of flat sections of the exterior profile extrusion shall have a minimm brittle impact failure of 1.0in.lb/mil (4450J/m) when tested in accordance with Test Methods D 4426, Procedure B.
